Roto-Rooter offers competitive compensation, flexible schedules, and extensive benefits. We are seeking Outside Sales Representatives for both our Excavation and Water Restoration departments. Responsibilities
Engage in proactive follow‑up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for plumbing or water‑related issues. Leverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options and effectively close sales. Be a trusted information resource for Roto‑Rooter customers. Excavation Sales Responsibilities
Identify and sell opportunities to repair and/or replace sewer lines for residential and commercial customers. Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine root interruption or breakage requiring repair or replacement. Water Restoration Sales Responsibilities
Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to residential and commercial markets. Perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels. Requirements
A valid driver’s license. Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Thrives in a fast‑paced work environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Plumbing experience is not necessary or required. Organized self‑starter with an outgoing personality. Working knowledge of common software programs. Previous experience with outside sales of in‑home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered. Benefits
