Our client is an emerging start‑up that operates a B2B platform to bring visibility and connection to manufacturers based in the US. They specifically focus on connecting small and mid‑sized manufacturers (under 100 employees) with prospects, investors and partners. They have proven their model and are looking for their first seller to join the founding team and work alongside leadership as they scale throughout the Northeast.

Job Description

Drive Owner Activation:

Build an outreach strategy via email, phone, and customer site visits with manufacturers to engage with them and sign up for the platform; this includes running demos and walk‑throughs.

Manage Partner Channels:

Work with local partners (MEPs, chambers of commerce, EDOs) to embed the platform into their outreach and communications, and represent the company at regional events.

Coordinate Campaigns & Feedback:

Collaborate with marketing on targeted cluster campaigns and organize on‑the‑ground activation events while continuously capturing owner and partner feedback for improvement.

Requirements

1‑5 years of Outside B2B sales or business development experience.

Ability to develop excellent relationships with prospects.

Must have a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.

Location This is a field‑based work environment. Candidates will be expected to cover the Southeast / South Shore Boston, MA as well as Providence, Rhode Island.

Total Comp:

$70,000 - $100,000
