Compensation $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities
Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
Meet with homeowners who’ve reached out to us about selling
Uncover their motivation and presenting win-win offers
Follow up with leads consistently (this is key!)
Run basic property evaluations using our tools and training
Work in our CRM and communicate with our team daily
Qualifications
Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
CRM experience preferred
Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
