Position Field Sales Account Executive
– Southwest Florida (Fort Mayors, FL).
Join a rapidly growing team, driving acquisition and retention through face‑to‑face interactions, calls and targeted B2B outreach.
Responsibilities
Generate new sales through face‑to‑face interactions, calls and B2B outreach.
Develop, maintain and expand relationships with Quench customers.
Identify customer needs and propose customized solutions.
Meet or exceed new business sales goals with consistent daily/weekly activity.
Play a pivotal role in customer retention and contract extension.
Prepare sales reports, maintain records, and file expense account reports.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
Strong selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objections.
Excellent communication skills, both via phone and email, with a clear, enthusiastic approach.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations.
Prior field sales experience is a plus.
Team player with outstanding integrity.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM system.
Highlights
Base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions.
OTE: Year 1 $90–110k; Year 2 $100–130k.
Remote, 3 days out in territory.

Mileage reimbursement up to $700 per month.
