Overview Do you have a knack for coordinating, organizing, and making connections? Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of others and in the community? We are looking for account executives who are committed to serving our patients with compassion and integrity. This role involves coordinating patient referrals, establishing relationships with local hospitals, educating the community and referral sources on hospice care, and generating new hospice business in existing and new accounts. The account executive serves as a liaison between the agency, hospitals, medical community, and referral sources, ensuring continuity of care and proper documentation.
Responsibilities • Coordinate patient referrals and care for referred patients. • Establish and maintain relationships with local hospitals and referral sources. • Educate community, medical professionals, and referral sources on hospice services. • Generate new hospice business in both existing and new accounts. • Identify new markets, maintain existing service, and coordinate appropriate communication and documentation. • Work closely with agency personnel to ensure efficient patient care.

Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of an Associate Degree in the field of study or proven work experience in a health‑related field.
Experience:
2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, hospice preferred.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
