Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join our growing team in Greece. This is a 360° role that combines new business development with strong account management. You’ll not only bring in new customers but also build lasting relationships that drive retention, expansion, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and closing.

Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through proactive relationship management.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings in person.

Collaborate with marketing, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong client outcomes.

Use HubSpot CRM to manage your pipeline, track performance, and report on results.

Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, marketplaces, and logistics solutions.

2+ years of experience in e-commerce sales or account management.

Experience in a tech or SaaS company is a strong plus.

Strong entrepreneurial and hands‑on attitude — comfortable working autonomously.

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in Greek and English.

Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM systems).

Willingness to meet clients in person and represent Base.com at events.
