What We Offer Competitive commission and bonus structure $200 monthly store bonus opportunity Commission on all product, package, upgrade and membership sales Entry‑level sales training and leadership training Customer service training Training on how to set goals and achieve them Fun goal‑related contests to make your workdays more fun and competitive Complimentary Diamond Prism and Wellness Salon membership Health, vision and dental insurance Employee discounts and free tanning Flexible school scheduling Team‑oriented fun work environment Growth opportunities Responsibilities Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly and monthly Assist with daily store manager administrative work Assist with training new‑hire sales associates Ensure team members adhere to standard policies and sales expectations Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items Maintain a clean and organized salon Open and close the business Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment for first‑time users Attend off‑site sales and job training sessions Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours per day) Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends West Coast Tanning, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
