Overview
Part-time Property Manager Housekeeping professional needed for Seaside Vacation Homes, Seaside, OR. We are seeking a weekend warrior with core days Sunday–Monday and additional hours upon request/availability. Our program covers over 60 homes and condos and 24 Tiny Homes in our rental program. We emphasize high cleanliness standards and a supportive work environment. Responsibilities
Maintain cleaning, housekeeping, maid service, room attendant, custodian, and property management duties for the vacation homes and tiny homes in our program. Support operations and guest services as needed with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. Contribute to a clean, well-organized property experience for guests and owners. Qualifications
Drug-Free Workplace (We Test). Clean driving record if involved with Operations & Guest Services. Must have established residence on North Coast or a transition plan (e.g., lease). A reliable car or truck to get to work; not shared; valid driver's license. Compensation and Schedule
Pay starts at $18.00 per hour while in training, with summer bonuses ($21.60/hr) for experienced staff. Scheduling is flexible with typical part-time hours from 10:00 am–3:00 pm; office hours are 9:30 am–6:00 pm.
