Salary:
$50,000 - $52,000 / year
Responsibilities
Develop and implement best practices of CCL Hospitality Group across customer service, marketing, retail, merchandising, purchasing, supply chain, hiring, training, payroll, profit‑and‑loss, and other operational areas.
Gain preparation for a future hospitality team leadership role through on‑site, hands‑on learning as part of the Accelerated Manager Program (AMP).
Participate in the AMP assessment, organizational training, and one‑on‑one coaching to surface and develop future leadership skills.
Complete learning modules in areas such as Café Management, Catering Management, Retail Management, Dining Services Management, and Customer Service Management.
After successful completion of AMP, relocate within 100 miles of the training account for placement opportunities and may take on managerial assignments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree received by December 2025 or prior.
One year of customer service or hospitality work / internship experience (preferred).
Willingness to relocate for the right role or advancement opportunity (required).
Demonstrated financial acumen, including profit and loss management, inventory, and cash handling skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational abilities with the ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations.
Basic knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, safety, and marketing.
Competency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Driver’s License (preferred, but may be required for certain roles).
About the Accelerated Manager Program (AMP) AMP is a personalized combination of assessment, organizational training, and one‑on‑one coaching that surfaces and develops future leaders. Awarded placement is identified within 20 ‑ 24 weeks.
Competency‑based assessment to identify strengths and development opportunities.
Custom‑built personalized learning path with experiential learning, micro‑courses, and simulations.
One‑on‑one peer support and mentorship.
360° evaluation of progress and development.
