Our New Home Sales Consultants take care of our customers throughout every step of the process regardless of their situation, helping them navigate what can be an intimidating process and turning home‑ownership dreams into reality. Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, Starlight sells new homes in Atlanta, Austin, Charleston, Dallas, Houston, Jacksonville, Nashville, Myrtle Beach, Orlando, Phoenix, Raleigh, San Antonio and Tampa.
Responsibilities
Drive the sales process and deliver outstanding customer service in accordance with Starlight Homes training.
Develop and deliver an effective sales presentation consistent with company training.
Engage with new prospects, follow up with interested prospects, and set appointments.
Transition leads to prospective customers and consistently follow up with customers who are under contract.
Build and maintain productive relationships with realtors (e.g., visiting real estate offices, networking).
Immerse yourself in community information and trends, including schools, utilities, taxes, recreational areas, and shopping areas to better meet client needs.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
Valid/Active Driver's License required.
Ability to work weekends (though weekends may be off on certain days).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software programs.
