The House Manager (Residential Habilitation Manager – RHM) is responsible for assisting the individuals we support with day‑to‑day maintenance of their homes and participation in community activities outside of primary day activities (e.g., day treatment and supported work). The RHM supervises staff who provide the supports and skill training specified in each individualized residential habilitation plan.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience with the intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental health population
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity
Previous manager experience (this role is not an entry‑level manager) and strong leadership skills required
Strong experience supporting individuals with enhanced clinical needs
A valid NYS driver’s license
