This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients, engaging in deep conversations to understand financial priorities, and connecting clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.
This position is open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If offered, you will train at one financial center and may move to another within a reasonable commuting distance.
Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients.
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service banking technologies.
Conduct deep conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities and connect them to the appropriate solutions.

Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
Six months of cash handling experience.
Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
