Overview We’re looking for a high-energy Leasing Specialist who can help lease up a community. If you’re a strong closer, great with people, and confident generating traffic through TikTok, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and other major social platforms, you’ll thrive here.
You’ll be the face of the community—touring, following up, closing leases, completing files, coordinating smooth move‑ins, and building strong relationships with residents and prospects.
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual Spanish (Required)
Proven lease‑up success (turning around low occupancy)
Hands‑on marketing experience with TikTok, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram & major social platforms
Minimum 3 years of apartment leasing experience
Strong sales + closing skills
Professional, reliable, excellent communicator
Tech‑comfortable; ResMan experience preferred
Ability to work Saturdays
