RAM JACK – DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL SALES

Position Summary

The Director of Residential Sales is responsible for leading, developing, and driving performance across Ram Jack’s residential sales teams in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas. This role ensures that all sales processes, training, accountability measures, and performance standards are consistently implemented and aligned with the company’s growth goals. Serving as a key partner to the Senior Director of Sales, Marketing & Business Development, the Director focuses on building a high‑performing, data‑driven sales organization that embodies Ram Jack’s culture of integrity, excellence, and customer commitment.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Team Development

Lead and coach Senior Managers, Team Leads, and Project Managers to achieve individual and regional sales targets.

Foster a high-performance sales culture built on accountability, consistent follow‑up, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Identify and develop emerging leaders and future managers within the sales organization.

Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and goal‑setting meetings to reinforce standards and celebrate wins.

Sales Process & Performance Management

Ensure consistent execution of Ram Jack’s sales process, software utilization, and lead follow‑up standards across all regions.

Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics—including appointments, close ratios, revenue, and margins—and implement corrective actions where needed.

Partner with the Senior Director to establish and manage sales goals, forecasts, and performance incentives.

Support continuous improvement through field ride‑alongs, coaching, and real‑time feedback.

Collaboration & Alignment

Work cross‑functionally with Quality Control and Production leadership to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to installation.

Provide consistent communication and performance updates to the Senior Director.

Share best practices between markets to drive overall company‑wide sales excellence.

Field Engagement

Spend approximately 30% of time in the field conducting ride‑alongs, mentoring Project Managers, and supporting regional sales efforts.

Evaluate regional performance trends, market opportunities, and customer feedback firsthand.
