Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Commission
Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates, focusing on client interactions rather than hunting leads.
Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, present and explain life insurance options, and help clients make informed decisions.
Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships, offering continuous support and ensuring policy retention through regular follow‑ups.
Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively.
Sales Reporting: Keep precise, up‑to‑date records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management review.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably within insurance or financial services.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist).

Range based on average rep in current markets.
