The Royal Court . About The Role

The Account Manager reports to the Account Director in New York and plays a key role in managing client relationships for a portfolio of touring and theatrical productions, including Broadway, Off‑Broadway, and national tours. This role communicates digital marketing strategies and oversees project management across services including Website Development, CRM, Digital Media, SEO, and Creative Performance Analysis. The ideal candidate will have proven knowledge and experience in managing digital strategy and campaigns through paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising channels and email marketing. It also requires a track record of working directly with clients to explain, inspire, execute and measure performance marketing campaigns across a range of budgets, plus high flexibility, common sense and attention to detail. Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their goals, challenges, and expectations. Work alongside the Media/channel teams to identify opportunities in and outside of the scope of work. Proactively support the Account Director and wider team with strategic touch points with clients such as QBRs and PCAs. Provide proactive recommendations and solutions to optimize campaign performance and achieve client success.

Digital Marketing Strategy

Work closely with the Account Director and other team members to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs. Translate client requirements into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, promising practices and emerging technologies to continually improve digital marketing efforts. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure optimal campaign efficiency across accounts, whilst analysing and assessing comparable performance of past SINE Digital campaigns. Attend and lead relevant training sessions.

Project Management

Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution of digital marketing initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams including SEO, website development, media, data & insights, and tech to ensure seamless project delivery. Conduct regular project meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues. Administer all budget activity, including budget recommendations, invoicing and billing status.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

Utilise data analytics tools to track campaign performance across various digital channels. Generate insightful reports and presentations to summarise key findings, trends, and recommendations for clients. Present and analyse performance metrics, dashboards and KPIs to track the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights to clients.

New Business

Support the Account Director and other team members with new business opportunities. Support with creating proposal decks to pitch campaigns to potential clients. Identify opportunities to introduce additional SINE services where relevant to clients.

Requirements

Proven track record of consistently developing digital strategies for live entertainment (Broadway, Arts & Culture, Attractions), and delivering excellent results across relevant digital channels and platforms, whilst leading and maintaining client relationships. Being an ambitious and positive team player with a passion and curiosity for digital marketing, ready to take the next step in your career. Proven experience in leading and nurturing relationships and communications with a range of key stakeholders, including anticipating client needs and expectations, persistently driving key strategic and budget decisions in the best interests of campaign performance and the agency, and adapting communication styles appropriately. Ability to take the lead on forming digital strategies and plans, ensuring consistent excellence in their delivery and being agile when faced with challenges and opportunities. Proven knowledge and experience in advanced reporting and performance measurement, including producing customised and relevant key insights for clients from a range of data sources. An open, supportive and data‑driven approach for the performance and outputs of key client accounts and other team members. Desire to work across a broad range of live entertainment clients, from theatre shows to music festivals and immersive experiences. Thirst for knowledge and passion for self development, as well as a willingness to learn and work across a broad spectrum of digital channels and platforms. Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate complicated information in a straightforward way for our clients. Proven practical knowledge of Google Drive and/or Microsoft Office Applications, especially Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint. Ability to thrive when working under pressure to strict deadlines, in a constantly changing environment, whilst maintaining a professional service. Highly‑developed creative problem‑solving skills. A competitive salary between $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience. 24 days PTO per calendar year, which will increase with length of service at one additional day per year, capped at 3 days, (plus extra time off over the Christmas period). 3pm finish on a Friday.
