Account Executive – Remote Work
BairesDev is hiring an Account Executive to build relationships with clients, identify their needs, deliver presentations on our services, negotiate and close deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
Use sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients.
Contact potential clients via email to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Reach out by phone to generate qualified prospects.
Develop and implement prospect strategies and plans.
Work with internal teams to ensure quality presentations.
Provide solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability.
Present and sell services to existing and prospective customers.
Establish and maintain positive business relationships.
Qualifications
Experience in account management or client‑facing roles in the IT/Tech industry.
Experience in customer relationship management and closing deals.
Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
