Description Assistant Residential Manager Join Our Team and Make a Difference! The ARC of the Treasure Coast is seeking a dedicated Assistant Residential Manager to join our team. You'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and ensuring a safe and supportive living environment. Responsibilities: Assist the Residential Manager in overseeing daily operations. Ensure behavior plans are implemented and data is collected. Maintain staffing ratios and address scheduling issues. Review progress notes, medication logs, and IPPs. Assist with meal preparation and community activities. Supervise staff and ensure quality care. Conduct residential meetings and encourage individual input. Report incidents and allegations of abuse. Provide transportation for individuals. Assist with licensing processes and emergency preparedness.
