Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading customer outreach and marketing campaigns including social media, mail, and telemarketing.

As a trusted advisor, identify opportunities to leverage Five River’s technology offering (hardware, software, IT services).

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment requiring tenacity and steady demeanor.

Account penetration: develop solid business relationships with decision‑makers at all levels.

Understand each target customer’s business model, map their organization, and identify unique technology needs.

Develop product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training from vendors and outside sources.

Identify new accounts, introduce the FRIT value proposition to key decision makers, and position solutions as a strategic advantage.

Use forecasting and pipeline management to drive sales growth; utilize the CRM for account management and follow‑up procedures.

Provide consistent and timely follow‑up communication after every sales call.

Collaborate on sales strategies, discuss account trends, advise changes, coordinate quotes and opportunities.

Qualifications:

1+ years experience selling technology solutions.

Strong familiarity with technology services.

Comfortable with cold calling and experience in a sales “hunter” role.

Documented history of meeting/exceeding quotas.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Other Details about the Job:

This is a Full‑Time position.
