Role Summary

The Senior Superintendent will plan, manage, and execute all aspects of significantly complex or multiple projects. Responsibilities include managing the team, planning construction sequencing, and meeting project goals for timely and profitable completion, in alignment with JE Dunn's strategy, vision, and values. Key Role Responsibilities - Core

Lead safety culture and create awareness for an injury-free environment. Manage subcontractors and organize overall job workflow. Oversee company staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and programs like Safety, Quality, and EEO. Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work. Coordinate project site activities and lead meetings. Manage project schedule, budget, and costs with the project management team. Communicate project information to stakeholders. Ensure documentation and quality standards are maintained. Support project closeouts and coordinate with relevant parties. Participate in project pursuit, negotiations, and review meetings. Recruit and develop top talent and promote diversity and inclusion. Additional Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects from planning to completion. Lead project teams, influence delivery results, and support strategic initiatives. Build external relationships and develop new business opportunities. Identify and manage project risks and deliverables. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, project management, and scheduling software. Deep knowledge of construction processes, trades, and labor productivity. Ability to manage budgets, build relationships, and apply Lean principles. Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred. 10+ years construction experience; 8+ years in field supervision. Working Environment

Valid driver's license required. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and work in various conditions. Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours. Benefits & Equal Opportunity
