Responsibilities
Drive the sales process and deliver outstanding customer service in accordance with Starlight Homes training.
Develop, practice, and deliver an effective sales presentation consistent with company training.
Engage with new prospects, follow up with interested prospects, and set appointments.
Transition leads to prospective customers and consistently follow up with customers who are under contract.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with realtors (e.g., visiting real estate offices, networking).
Immerse yourself in community information and trends, including schools, utilities, tax information, recreational areas, and shopping areas to better meet client needs.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
Valid/Active Driver’s License required.
Ability to work weekends (with appropriate weekdays off).
Experience with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software programs.
