Asset Protection Specialist

$23.00/hr - $23.00/hr This role focuses on preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in the assigned store(s). The Asset Protection Specialist uses tools to minimize loss, including identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store’s physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance, and driving a shrink-elimination culture in the store. Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries, preserve evidence, and interact with law enforcement as needed. Testify in criminal and civil court actions when required. Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and carry out responsibilities in a manner that minimizes risk of injury to associates, vendors, customers, and the Company. Demonstrate integrity at all times and respond to asset protection and operational concerns of all associates. Remain focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting key asset protection and operational responsibilities. Requirements and expectations
