Overview and Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships within hospitals, physician clinics, and other service areas.

Educate healthcare providers about Rotech's products, services, and value-based care.

Own your rural territory: prospect, present, and close new accounts.

Partner with the local team to ensure seamless service.

Report sales activity and territory trends to management via call planner.

Conduct in‑person visits to referral sources within the assigned territory.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales performer with 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales (new college graduates welcome).

Independent, resourceful, and thrives on autonomy and accountability.

Excellent communicator who can simplify complex topics and build trust.

Willingness to travel throughout your assigned rural territory.

CRM experience; familiarity with sales platforms is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Uncapped commission.

High earnings potential based entirely on performance.

Quarterly bonuses.

Competitive base salary: $45k/yr base for entry‑level (NY) with potential to reach $50k/yr base for experienced candidates, plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications & Requirements

Four‑year college degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.

Experience in respiratory or medical sales preferred.

Leadership experience in other areas or fields.

Background investigation (company‑wide).

Drug screen (when applicable).

Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable).

Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process, if required.

Physical Demands & Technical Abilities

Lift and carry office equipment at times around the office.

Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking or listening; close vision to small print on computer or tablet.

Understanding use of all applicable home medical equipment and supplies.

Proficient with email, internet navigation, and Microsoft Word and Excel.

Familiarity with office equipment: fax machine, copier, printer, phone, and computer/tablet.
