Field Sales Representative – Renuity
This full‑time, W‑2 outside sales representative position will develop relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Average annual earnings: $150,000–$250,000, with top performers earning up to $350K.

About the Role
Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
Promote company products and services
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
Provide best‑in‑class customer experience
Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays
Key Qualifications
Positivity, flexibility, determination and persuasive personality
Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales a plus
Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation and self‑discipline
Open mind, willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Approachable demeanor
Own reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license
