Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Senior Benefits Agency, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their Medicare options, including Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans. Your responsibilities will include:
Taking inbound calls while selling Medicare Advantage plans.
Educating clients on Medicare plans and retirement protection options.
Utilizing our state-of-the-art lead generation system to connect with potential clients.
Building long-term relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Receiving comprehensive training, support, and tools to succeed.

Minimum Requirements:
Ability to obtain health insurance license. (We cover this expense and pay you to train)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using technology and software applications for insurance sales and client management.
Former athletes, law enforcement, or military are strongly encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
Training Pay: $10/hour. We will cover your licensing and exam fees. You must pass the pre-licensing course in order to receive your training pay.
This position will pay $160 per day PLUS commission.
Commission is 20%.
Work Hours:
40 Hours/week
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
