Primary Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative
Conduct and document thorough roof inspections, including photographic evidence of findings.
Review and finalize contracts with homeowners, ensuring full transparency and understanding.
Accurately input data and maintain detailed records in CRM and other systems.
Generate leads independently and proactively (door knocking, referrals).
Proactively follow up on supplied leads.
Participate in weekly team meetings to align with company goals and share insights.
Take guidance from Area Sales Managers and Inside Sales Leads to continually improve performance.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Perform roof adjustments as needed and directed by the Legal Department.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Internal Team to support project success.
Ability to travel to other markets (MN, CO, FL, IL, KY, MI, NE, MO, GA) for extended periods.
Compensation and Benefits
Weekly salary compensation ranging from $30,000 to $50,000 with bonus based on sales and project sizes (top performers can earn over $100,000 a year within one year).
Automobile fuel & maintenance allowance program of $200 per week.
Supplemental compensation program for completion of miscellaneous activities per company policies.
Benefits including medical and dental insurance, life and limited disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, paid personal time, and other options.
Upon Hire Requirements
Complete all required training, including 2 to 4 weeks of company onboarding and on-the-job sales training.
Present yourself to a testing center for drug testing.
Communicate effectively with your management team regarding your progress and experience.
Execute two homeowner MCA agreements under the guidance and advisory of Regional Sales Supervisor within the first six weeks.
