Outside Sales Representative (Sales) Responsibilities
Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing in‑depth training to recommend the best innovative overall solution for each customer's needs
Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer's property—training provided
Make recommendations to customers based on your inspection and questions addressed, explaining the solution and setting expectations for peace of mind about their pest program
Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized—training provided

Estimated compensation range is 80,000 - 100,000 USD annually
Base plus uncapped commission
Company vehicle with gas card after training completion

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers inside businesses and homes
Physical Demands / Working Conditions Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations:
Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops and similar areas, including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator
Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
