This is a fully remote, Texas-based outside sales role responsible for covering the entire state of Texas. The position focuses on selling smart water metering and infrastructure solutions through a consultative approach—working with Municipalities and Utility companies, and engaging directly with Engineers, Public Works Directors, and City Managers. Deal sizes typically range from $300K–$2M+, depending on project scope. You’ll inherit an established book of business while continuing to grow within a territory that offers significant untapped potential across Texas. Company experiencing ~55% compounded growth year over year. Leadership team brings 50+ years of experience in AMI/AMR and utility solutions. Proven success across major municipalities within their multi-state footprint. The Texas territory alone has grown ~37% YOY and still has strong whitespace. Compensation and Benefits
$85k-$125k base salary (DOE) plus uncapped commissions. Medical, Dental, Vision. 401k Auto and Cell allowance. Must have experience selling water metering solutions. Must have municipal sales experience.
