$65,000 to $95,000 base plus commission! Salary based on experience.
Position Summary Responsible for the sales and accounts in Property Management.
Responsibilities
Sell carpet and hard surface floor covering to apartment complexes and the Property Management industry
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Develop a thorough knowledge of all Rite Rug products
Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals
Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products
Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in the flooring industry is a plus!
Experience in B2B sales
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Experience with Property Management is preferred.
Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
Be able to work independently and problem solve.
