customer service . Spa Manager Performance
will be based on the following metrics: Spa Growth – Including but not limited to membership conversion Brand Awareness— Connecting with the local community and schools Team Development— Are you able to train and grow your team? 2 to 3 years sales management experience in the salon/spa, or retail industry Driving membership conversion, retention, team management and providing ongoing training to the front desk team. Full time including weekends required for Spa's success Ability to adapt to different types of personalities in a professional and courteous way Ability to coach a sales team and hitting sales goals, guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care treatments Strong and clear communication skills Conduct interviews for potential new hires and make recommendations for selection Maintain a clean and organized spa Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to ensure high-quality service delivery What’s in it for you?
