LeafFilter - Territory Sales Representative – Medford, OR (541 Business Park Dr, Medford, OR 97504, USA)
Compensation:
$50,000 – $100,000 per year.

As a LeafHome territory sales representative, you will provide potential customers with expertise and education about the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. By performing a quick home inspection from the street, you will identify homeowner challenges that LeafHome can solve.
Primary Responsibilities
Generate sales leads for the outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, traveling door to door and engaging prospective customers at their home about LeafHome products (local travel required).
Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of LeafHome and gather information for the sales team to reach out and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
Report daily results to field management and develop a collaborative working relationship with other sales representatives.
Ensure a high quality and accurate representation of LeafHome products by representing the company professionally and ensuring customers have an exceptional experience.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
Customer focused and results oriented.
Professional demeanor and attire.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
Physical Demands
Work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements, including inclement weather. Extended periods of walking/standing required.
Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
