Job Description We understand that we owe our success to the highly-talented and motivated people who make up our team, and we’re always looking for like-minded individuals to add to our growing organization. Currently, we are searching for an enthusiastic leader to fill the role of Digital Retail Sales Manager. A qualified candidate will be expected to:
Recruit, hire and lead an all-star sales team focused on assisting customers shopping online
Identify and implement processes to engage, support and close online shoppers
Monitor and manage the quality and success of conversations between sales team members and online shoppers
Provide assistance to sales team members in identifying vehicle solutions that meet the customer’s needs and budget
Structure car deals and meet with customers directly when necessary to close sales
Oversee the customer follow up process to ensure no sales opportunities are missed

Job Requirements
Prior managerial experience is required
2-5 years sales and customer service experience preferred
Automotive sales background a plus
Strong leadership skills
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
Strong written and communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
