At Azeus Convene, we’re on a mission to help organizations navigate their sustainability journey, from meeting compliance standards to implementing next-level ESG governance. As part of our rapid growth, we’re expanding our ESG Account Executive team to support the increasing demand for our Convene ESG Software.
We're seeking passionate professionals with experience in ESG or Sustainability analysis and ESG sales, people who are excited by evolving ESG trends, and who value precision in data and disclosure quality.
What you will do:
Provide day-to-day hands-on sales execution, including marketing requirements. Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals. Manage pre-sales activities through product demonstrations, advising on bid preparation, support with product pricing and realization of business plan targets. Assist the Sales team with ESG domain knowledge. Provide advisory to clients/prospects for the compliance of ESG reporting. Provide onboarding of our ESG reporting platform to clients. Study various ESG reporting frameworks and contribute to the evolution of the ESG reporting platform. Develop and maintain a Sales Pipeline, including pursuing sales leads and prospective clients within our CRM. Attend trade shows interstate (if required). What you will bring:
1-3 years of experience in business development/sales 1-3 years of hands-on ESG/Sustainability experience A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels A passion for shaping a more sustainable future You'll be part of a fast-growing team, making a real difference in how organizations approach sustainability.
