Pay Range: $50,000 - $110,000+ / year
Compensation range is inclusive of a minimum base salary, plus unlimited earning opportunities with our Sales Commission Structure, and Bonuses.
Location: This position is remote for residents of New York state ONLY
What You Will Do: A P&C Account Executive is a licensed individual who is tasked with selling new business, renewing accounts, building client relationships, and identifying and soliciting sales prospects and referral sources – this role is considered outside sales.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate insurance services
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close salesEstablish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
Develop ongoing networking relationships with small business owners – such as real estate agents and mortgage lenders
Work with the agency to establish and meet marketing goals
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
Our Ideal Candidate: We are actively seeking a motivated individual to join our high-performing sales team, offering unparalleled opportunities for professional growth. While prior experience in the insurance industry or agency setting is preferred, we are committed to training the right candidate.
Key Attributes:
High school or equivalent
3+ years of experience with Property & Casualty Personal Lines and Commercial lines insurance products
2+ years of Outside/Field Sales experience
Strong proven track record of professional success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance license
Effective communication, customer service, team collaboration, and telephone etiquette skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to consistently process transactions accurately
Competent in the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Attributes:
Bachelor’s Degree
English/Spanish Bilingual nice to have
