About Us A Star Plus Pest Control is a locally owned and growing company known for providing fast, reliable, and affordable pest management solutions throughout the DFW area. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our residential and commercial client base.
Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads for pest control services
Conduct property inspections and provide customized pest control recommendations
Prepare and present estimates and service agreements to customers
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Proven sales experience (home services, pest control, or similar field preferred)
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
