IMPRES Technology Solutions is a Federal IT solutions provider specialized in Enterprise IT and IT Security. The Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a key member of the IMPRES Technology Solutions inside sales organization. This entry-level role focuses on outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and supporting pre- and post-sales activities to move leads efficiently through the federal IT sales pipeline. The SDR collaborates closely with sales leadership, account executives, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant support for federal customers and partners.

Core Functions Conduct outbound prospecting aligned with assigned business sector goals, with a focus on progressing leads through the pipeline.

Support sales activity (pre- and post-sales) for the assigned business sector.

Prepare quotes for RFQs and bid board requirements.

Provide timely and accurate quote responses for IMPRES-owned contract vehicles (e.g., GSA, SEWP V) and inbound quote requests.

Responsibilities/Duties Execute outbound prospecting using lead lists, database contacts, marketing-generated leads, and other approved sources.

Qualify and engage sales leads, educating prospects on IMPRES Enterprise IT and IT Security offerings and capturing detailed lead information for the sales team.

Schedule calls, meetings, and appointments; introduce customers and industry partners to the appropriate Account Executive, Sales Director, or other salesperson.

Assist sales in producing accurate quotations, ensuring sales leadership is aware of all terms and conditions for each bid.

Request updates, modifications, and amendments to bids as required.

Review orders against bid agreements to ensure claims will be eligible, leveraging internal failsafe systems.

Prepare quotes and bids accurately, promptly, and with the highest integrity.

Add and maintain customer information, opportunity details, and activity notes in Salesforce.

Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to obtain pricing, availability, and contract details as needed to support bids and quotes.

Continuously improve job knowledge by participating in IMPRES process training, general IT training, supplier product training, federal contract training, and sales training.

Track and manage daily activity to support sales KPIs, including outbound touches, qualified opportunities, and scheduled meetings.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Required Qualifications One year of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or telemarketing.

One year of experience using sales tools, including Salesforce or a similar CRM.

Proven ability to clearly articulate products/services and build rapport with prospects.

Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Self-motivated, tenacious, confident, and independent, with strong attention to detail.

Exposure to operations, order processing, revenue recognition, and legal contracts.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in sales, marketing, market research, financial services, consulting, business development, or client success.

Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, and prospecting.

Knowledge of Salesforce and quoting CRMs.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Previous Deal Desk or order management experience.

Familiarity with federal contracting processes, government acquisition cycles, and common federal IT contract vehicles.
