Manage the internal sales for Arden Trust Company. Responsible for assisting, reporting and coordination of new business development. Assisting the sales manager, sales team, trust officers and financial advisors with new business proposals, inquiries from prospects, management of sales pipeline, client meetings and various administrative tasks. This position offers unique levels of service that will solidify the differentiated experience offered by Arden Trust. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales Manager in the day-to-day management of the sales platform including additional sales support, responding to inquiries and opportunities from our partners and financial advisors; and any leads generated through Kestra’s Network, Arden’s website, and Wealth Advisor Leads. Management of closed business and sales pipeline reporting capturing key business analytics for internal reporting. Management of reporting to partners of closed business and current sales pipeline. Managing the end-to-end KYC process Conducting preliminary reviews of trust documents and statement of assets in order to build out sales opportunities Coordinating with sales representatives on scheduling new accounts for acceptance. Management of the SalesForce platform as lead SalesForce administrator Responsible for the on-going training of current employees as well as the development and presentation of material to new hires with regards to Sales Force and sales processes Expand and deepen Arden’s relationships with existing partners via regular communication and email. Managing and updating marketing material with partner platforms. Coordination of client events; speaking engagements and sales conferences Creation of presentation material and analytic reporting Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities

Knowledge of and experience in trust, legal and investments. Experience in both Sales and Operations Ability to take on multiple tasks simultaneously and manage effectively. High attention to detail. High personal interaction skills and team player. Supervisory Responsibilities
