What You’ll Do in the SDR Residency

Generate and qualify leads via outbound and inbound sales strategies

Uncover new business opportunities by researching and evaluating prospects

Conduct high‑level conversations with senior decision‑makers across the home care sector

Communicate accurate, compelling information about third‑party payers like Medicaid and the VA

Support home care agencies in understanding how to grow and scale their businesses

Use

Zoho CRM

and

Salesloft

daily to manage outreach and track progress

Collaborate with Regional Account Executives for smooth handoffs

Represent your employer partner at trade shows and networking events (up to 10% travel)

Hit and exceed KPIs for daily outreach, qualified leads, and opportunities created
