About the Role
We’re currently hiring a Sales Representative for the West Fargo Costco. This role focuses on selling nutritional supplements for Qunol & Zena, such as Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products.
We are looking for positive, energetic, sales‑focused professionals who are self‑starters, goal‑driven, and enthusiastic brand ambassadors.
Responsibilities
Approach and interact with Costco members to promote our products.
Present yourself and the company professionally while at Costco.
Provide excellent customer service to members on behalf of Direct Demo.
Attend scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
Lift up to 20 pounds and move a folding table as needed.
Stand for 7 hours and work independently without direct supervision.
Compensation & Benefits Starting at $26/hr plus commission based on sales quotas.
W‑2 employment.
Promotional kit provided.
Bi‑weekly paycheck via direct deposit.
Average earnings: $200–$300 per day; top ambassadors >$500 per day.
Bonus: Additional 3 hours on days when Costco remains open and customers continue to purchase our products.
Requirements
Outgoing personality; ability to engage customers.
Experience with direct sales.
Basic computer and mobile device skills.
