About Us We are a multi-location Club Pilates ownership group with 10 thriving studios (and more on the horizon) and a reputation for delivering premium Pilates experiences rooted in community, consistency, and care .

This role is ideal for a dynamic, business-minded individual — or a Pilates Instructor ready to step into leadership — who thrives in both sales strategy and people development .

Key Responsibilities Own and execute the full membership sales process , from lead generation to close Conduct engaging follow-up through calls, texts, and email campaigns Consistently hit or exceed monthly membership and revenue goals Plan, organize, and attend community pop-ups, wellness events, and partnerships Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to drive brand visibility through studio-level content Track and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) via ClubReady and other tools

Studio Operations & Leadership Lead, train, and coach the Front Desk Sales team on sales excellence and service standards Partner with Regional Leadership to maximize studio performance and member satisfaction Foster a studio environment that’s welcoming, energetic, and results-oriented Support retention efforts through relationship-building and exceptional member care Oversee retail, inventory, and visual merchandising Be a visible, consistent presence in the studio — leading by example

Qualifications 2+ years of proven success in fitness, retail, or membership-based sales Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals while leading a team Confident with social media engagement and grassroots marketing Experience organizing and executing community outreach and brand events Proficient with CRM systems (ClubReady experience a plus) Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Availability for evenings, weekends, and off-site events as needed Competitive hourly base pay Performance-based bonuses tied to individual and studio sales Free unlimited Pilates membership across all 10 studio locations Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time Career growth opportunities within a high-performing and expanding organization
