**Independent Sales Representatives!**We are looking for **Independent Sales Representatives** across the country to join our talented team. This role will develop new prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase territory market opportunities. The independent sales representative’s responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying networking opportunities, answering customers' questions, and finding new customers through calling, emailing, and social media advertising.

Ultimately, a top-performing independent sales representative should demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills and always achieve excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for an existing flooring rep to add product to their portfolio or to become your own boss. **Your skills we value:** Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office) and experience with CRM – Dynamics is preferred. Strong writing and editing skills

**Experience & Education Desired:** Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience 4+ years of sales related experience required (flooring experience not needed but helpful)1+ years of CRM experience strongly preferred. Ability to travel overnight is required (~20%)Commission-Based.
