AECO**What You Will Do**In this role, you will be responsible for growing new, prospective Trimble Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Owner (AECO) software customer accounts as well as helping grow our current customer accounts.

* Establish and monitor key performance metrics and indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the progress and success of sales initiatives* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the Americas region.* Take quick and effective measures to resolve problems or obstacles that may arise in the sales process, ensuring that goals are met or exceeded* Possess knowledge of the AECO market, including familiarity with competing solutions and the channel partner market in the focus region (USA, Canada)* Possess mastery and lead the internal sales forecasting process* Lead the Indirect Sales process and quarterly management of the Channel Partner portfolio* Work together with the regional Sales Leader on the strategic channel and distribution plan**What you should bring:*** Prior experience in managing sales channels, including distributors, resellers, or channel partners, is essential.* Prior experience in developing sales strategies, key account management, contract negotiation, and customer service.* Completed degree in Engineering, Architecture, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields.* Ability to travel when needed**About Our Division AECO**Trimble is developing technology, software and services that drive the digital transformation of construction with solutions that span the entire architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
