Base pay + uncapped commission/incentives compensation structure and ongoing paid training Inclusive and empowering team environment – both within the sales department and company-wide Focus on what you do best – sell and build relationships as you present our innovative fuel card to small and medium-sized trucking companies Hybrid schedule – work from home on Mondays and Fridays Room to grow – maximize market share potential and be at the forefront of our expansion efforts within the trucking industry Key Responsibilities
Customer portfolio growth: Drive new sales and expand our customer base Team collaboration: Engage with the team in daily sales meetings, refine your skills with ongoing training and contribute to a positive work environment Achieve sales targets: With training, meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and goals. Earn commissions and incentives on top of a competitive base pay Relationship management: Maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction Transportation market insight: Communicate new product and service opportunities, market developments, and competitive insights Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement What we’re looking for

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required Experience: 2 years of previous sales experience is required; proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office Suite or similar software preferred; familiarity with transportation industry and factoring a plus Hybrid schedule: The successful candidate will be able to maintain a hybrid schedule which includes working in our Kansas City/Overland Park office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and remotely on Mondays and Fridays Why you will love working at Multi Service Fuel Card
