Summary/Objective: As an Account Executive with Soren, you will be tasked with managing the full sales cycle to generate leads, develop a pipeline of qualified prospects, and close new customers. Account Executives will also work alongside Account Managers and Soren’s operations team when onboarding new customers and overseeing the initial service of those customers. They will be heavily commissioned on their ability to generate new business for Soren and will be held accountable to the profitability of new business brought on. Account Executives also receive ongoing residual commissions in perpetuity on all business sold along with quarterly and annual bonuses. This is an inside B2B sales position.

Essential Functions:

Developing, maintaining, and managing new client relationships via email, phone, and other channels

Utilize HubSpot and other sales tools to review leads and document activity

Identify opportunities and develop strategic lead lists

Strategically and creatively pursue leads in order to reach decision makers

Qualify leads based on key criteria that make up Soren’s core customers

Responsible for establishing short-term and long-term pricing strategies

Building relationships and collaborating with internal departments to create solutions for customers such as an appropriate pricing strategy, solution implementation, and future customer growth potential

Occasional travel opportunities to meet high-profile prospects and customers

Achieve or exceed monthly new business sales goals

Must have 3+ years of B2B sales experience

Must have 2+ years of 3PL experience

Driven and tenacious with the ability to be professionally persistent and persuasive

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Comfortable making 60+ cold calls per day

Maintain resilience in a competitive environment

Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to follow a sales methodology to achieve company sales goals

Personable, especially through verbal and written communication

Self-motivated and highly organized

Team player yet capable of working independently
