We are seeking a Senior Level Inside Sales Representative for our Orange, CA branch.

Duties and Essential Job Functions: Your Activities Will Include:
Answer phone calls and emails from customers and outside sales to provide assistance with quotes, pricing, and expediting.
Enter orders in a timely and efficient manner
Interact effectively with customers to develop a personal awareness of their needs
Work in a professional manner to resolve customer's problems and issues, using all the available resources at hand.
Provide customers with accurate price, delivery, and technical information upon request.
Adhere to pricing policies as established by sales management; to include freight recovery, using sell matrices and contracts as applicable
Assist Central Purchasing to ensure customer orders are placed quickly and accurately
Proactively review open order book to ensuer timely delivery to customers and anticipate delivery disruption
Communicate regularly and timely with management and any other personnel regarding performance, complaints, inquiries, competitive activities, problems, market conditions, or other pertinent information
Inform all customers and prospects of the established terms and conditions of sale
Assure that all adjustments, product returns, credits and other pertinent dealings are performed accurately and timely with proper documentation
Processing credit requests, rebates, and maintaining office files
Maintaining inventory records and quality control practices
Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 10-year direct experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service in technical or industrial setting and products
Computer literate with good data entry skills and ability to learn new programs quickly and efficiently
Available to travel up to 3-weeks per year for training and/or sales meetings
Some accounting and supply chain familiarity is helpful
Past experience in fluid power is a definite plus
