About the Role: A leading national manufacturer of premium windows is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow an established $10M territory across Nashville, Huntsville, Chattanooga, and Memphis.

This is a relationship-driven, account-heavy outside sales role focused on supporting builders, contractors, dealers, and lumberyards. The organization is known for its commitment to safety, product quality, strong customer partnerships, and being exceptionally easy to do business with.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand an existing $10M territory, with a targeted increase to $11M within the first year.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, and lumberyards.

Drive sales of premium window products through consultative, value-based selling.

Conduct routine in-person visits across the region, with modest travel of 2–3 overnight trips per month.

Utilize SAP CRM to track opportunities, manage accounts, and deliver accurate sales forecasting.

Maintain deep market knowledge, including competitive positioning, pricing, and channel activity.

Partner with internal sales leadership and support teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Represent the brand with professionalism, responsiveness, and solution-oriented communication.

What We’re Looking For Experience & Background:

5+ years of outside sales experience within the building materials industry.

Strong familiarity selling to builders, contractors, dealers, and lumberyards.

Experience with premium window products is highly preferred.

Proficiency with CRM systems (SAP CRM experience is a plus).

Comfortable operating independently in a multi-market regional territory.

Account-management–oriented mindset (this is not a people-management role).

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Stable career history with a consistent track record of performance.

Organized, disciplined, and able to maintain a structured sales cadence in a remote environment.

The Rewards:

Base + Uncapped Commission Plan tied to sales performance

Annual Bonus based on total sales

Expected Total Compensation: $100,000–$130,000+Full Benefits Package
