Bob Boldt HVAC, LLC, has been serving the southern suburbs since 1988.
Comfort Advisors are responsible for the promotion and sales of our HVAC systems and related components to residential customers. Bob Boldt HVAC, LLC provides some sales leads from our marketing efforts, and some from our service department calls, to the Comfort Advisor. Self generated leads are expected also from our customer database files and by networking. Comfort Advisors operate independently in the field, conducting in-home sales presentations and selling our products. Several customer finance options available.
$200,000 – $300,000 Annual earning potential.
Responsibilities (implied) Sell HVAC systems and related components to residential customers. Present in-home demonstrations and close sales. Utilize provided leads and self-generated leads from multiple sources. Manage customer relationships and financing options with customers.
Skills / Qualifications
At least 2 years successful sales experience required.
Excellent communications skills.
Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service.
Some college or technical school education preferred.
Physical Demands
Ability to demonstrate product proficiently to clients onsite.
Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects 10 - 20 lbs.
Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance.
Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
