This role is for an ADT Solutions Advisor for businesses, focusing on smart security and automation products and solutions to help make businesses smarter and people safer. Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions by demonstrating the value of ADT’s security and smart business solutions. Explain products and services in-depth and recommend the right solutions based on customer needs. Build relationships and deliver a great customer experience through effective communication and empathy. Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers to achieve sales and service goals. Qualifications
Self-motivated, tech-savvy individual who is driven to succeed and able to build relationships with customers. Strong communication and creative skills to articulate product value and solutions. Ability to adapt quickly to competitive and customer needs; strong time management and prioritization skills. Interest in newest technology and knowledge of key small business industries, technology trends, and business challenges. Willingness to put in the work to achieve personal and financial goals.
