What You’ll Do

Conduct consultative sales appointments focused on annuities, retirement income strategies, and wealth preservation

Partner closely with Medicare Agents to identify annuity opportunities with warm, existing clients

Customize retirement income and asset protection plans

Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and closing

Stay current on carrier products and industry trends

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals in a high-volume environment

What We’re Looking For We want someone who is not only experienced, but sales-driven, competitive, coachable, and high-integrity.

Active Florida 2-15 license (Required)

Series 6, 7, 63, or 65 license (Preferred)

3+ years of successful annuity, life insurance, wealth management, or retirement planning sales

High-volume call center or inside sales background strongly preferred

Proven ability to close high-value cases with a consultative, client-first approach

Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented

Strong communicator who follows process, stays organized, and embraces accountability

Coachable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
