We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory.

Responsibilities
Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory Qualifications
Must have previous dump trucking or similar construction experience Must be familiar with construction aggregates Experience using a CRM is preferred Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Minimum 3-5 years of previous sales experience required Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license The ability to build and maintain above-average relationships with customers to exceed any expectations they could have is a must Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred Should have working knowledge of a CRM To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Compensation
